TERMS OF USE

These conditions govern access to the archive and its associated records. The archive may contain historical, present, projected, reconstructed, and unresolved material. A displayed date may identify an occurrence, an observation, an entry, a revision, or an anticipated status. Chronological placement does not certify that an event has occurred.

Access is permitted to observers who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, or who observe under the supervision of a person who has. Continued access establishes acceptance of these conditions only. It does not establish correspondence with the registered subject. Privacy Notice forms part of these conditions.

The records are privately maintained documentary and editorial material. They are supplied for observation and are not statements of fact, advice, diagnosis, certification, or commitment. Some records concern a named subject. Recurrence of that name does not establish authorship, present control, or continued presence.

The archive is supplied as recorded. Its sequence may not correspond to lived time. A record may remain active when no current source response is available.

All material comprising the archive — text, images, graphics, audio, video, code, marks, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is owned by the rights holder identified in section 11 or by its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and related laws.

Access permits observation only. It does not confer custody. No right of reproduction, distribution, modification, derivative use, public display, republication, or commercial exploitation is granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

An observer may access, read, and privately reference the archive for personal, non-commercial purposes, and may link to it in unaltered form. Brief quotation with attribution is permitted where applicable law allows it. Any other use requires prior written permission.

An observer may not use the archive for any unlawful purpose; infringe the rights of the rights holder or of others; transmit malicious code; circumvent or test security or access controls; scrape, spider, or harvest material at scale; impersonate any person or entity; misrepresent the archive as issued by a governmental, statutory, investigative, or medical body; or interfere with the availability of the archive for others.

Access may be suspended or terminated where these conditions are breached.

The archive may reference or link to material operated by third parties. Such material is not examined, endorsed, or controlled by the Archive Administration, and access to it is at the observer’s own risk under the third party’s own terms. No liability is accepted for external material or for any dealings with its operators.

Records may be corrected, superseded, withdrawn, or left unresolved without notice. A missing record remains part of the index. Previous versions remain available after correction. These conditions may likewise be revised by publication on this page; the revision value in the register above identifies the current version, and continued access after publication constitutes acceptance of the revision.

No continuous availability is guaranteed. Access may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time. Termination of access does not alter the status of material already observed. Absence of response does not suspend record processing.

The archive is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, nor for any loss of data, profit, or goodwill, arising from access to or inability to access the archive. Nothing in these conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

These conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the rights holder is established, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to the observer in their place of residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These conditions may not be assigned by the observer. Headings are for convenience only.

This archive is independently maintained and is not issued by a governmental, statutory, investigative or medical authority. “Archive Administration” identifies an internal administrative function used within the archive and does not represent a public body.
